Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

One of the limits of integration of PSTN telephony into the Contact Center servers has usually been the telephony cards that has to be installed in separate interconnect servers. This has been solved with PSTN-SIP gateways that are still separate devices that break the all-in-one integration concept. This session proposes the use of virtualization technologies to achieve a true all-in-one Contact Center box, with an absolute integration of telephony cards in Virtual Machines. Better integrated, efficient and more inexpensive implementations are now possible through the use of this technologies. We will show some production and lab use success cases.
